Green Leaves Entertainment, a small talent agency located in Sendai, the largest city in the northeast Tohoku region, has seen many famous models, fortune tellers, magicians, and artists come and go, eventually leaving for Tokyo. Now, with their latest protege gone, the agency is broke. It's time for some crazy ideas and decisive actions! Inspired by the ambitious manager Matsuda, the greedy president Junko Tange decides to create a music group with young girls and turn them into idols, idols worshipped by millions. The scent of money is in the air, and Tange is eager to get rich and famous. Skeptical at first, Matsuda is sent to find charming candidates for the group. But during one of his talent scouting trips, he has a chance encounter that makes him realize that the idea might actually work out with tremendous success.
